Mrs. Day began teaching at St. John in 2017 and has been teaching for almost 15 years. She is a graduate of Indiana University. Prior to being at St. John, Mrs. Day taught at Harrison Hill Elementary School and then stayed home to be with her children until they were school-aged. Mrs. Day is married to her high school sweetheart and has two children and two dogs.

In the summer, Mrs. Day can be found spending as much time at the lake as she can.
