    YAC: Youth Activities Committee
    YAC follows the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) policies and procedures.  CYO enforces rules to ensure a safe and fun environment for competing ahtletes and spectators.  Besides the enjoyment and pride, students gain from participating in athletics, they learn the self-discipline necessary to be part of a team and how to exhibit sportsmanlike behavior.
